When positive integer x is divided by positive integer y, the remainder is 9. If x/y=96.12, what is the value of y?

Curious, why do refer to 0.12 as .2? Am I missing something.

I don't know why Mike is referring 96 as 66 and .12 as .2 .
confusing.:D
