In the Explanation above Mike Mc Garry sir has told that whereas should follow a Clause (SV Pair), but the correct answer choice A has Whereas IN..., IN....

Isn't that requirement of SV pair immediately after whereas breaking.

Whereas in mammals the tiny tubes that convey nutrients to bone cells are arrayed in parallel lines, in birds the tubes form a random pattern.

We do still have to full independent (SV) clauses here -- it's just that they are both prefaced by "in mammals/birds." This is okay:

[in mammals] the tiny tubes (S) that convey nutrients to bone cells are (V) arrayed in parallel lines

[in birds] the tubes (S) form (V) a random pattern.

It is okay to have a prepositional phrase as the beginning of the independent clause.
