Can we also solve this problem by plugging in values and eliminating options? Even that would work out fast and remove wrong options. What do you say?

Yes, you can also solve this by testing each answer choice. However, some students may find that this takes longer than the algebraic approach. It's a matter of figuring out which method is fastest for you! :)
