Statement 1: F = 1/4(T; total number of tickets sold). As such, the number of full price tickets sold is 100 and the number of discounted tickets sold is 300. No price information is given, though, which is needed to determine revenue, so this is INSUFFICIENT.

Statement 2: P(F) = $25. No info is given on the number of tickets sold or the price of the discounted tickets, so INSUFFICIENT.

Combined: 100($25) + 300(Discount Price) = Total Revenue. We cannot solve for total revenue because we still don't know the price of the reduced tickets. As a result, the Answer = E
