How does the guarantee work?

If you are unhappy for any reason, email us within 7 days of purchasing a premium account, and we will give you a full refund. It's that simple. No strings attached. We also offer a Score Guarantee.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can pay via a credit card or debit card that has any of those logos. You may need to call your bank to ask them to authorize the transaction if you are located outside of the United States. We also accept PayPal.

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

No, you pay once and have access to the product for 1 year. If you'd like access for longer, just email us and we'll see what we can do.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, all transactions are run through PayPal. We do not store anyone's credit card information.

How long do I get access?

Access lasts for 1 year. We also have a 30 day plan.

Do I get support?

Yes. We respond to customer requests as quickly as possible (usually within one business day if not sooner). You can use the "Feedback" tab on the Dashboard or email us at gmat@magoosh.com.

Can I buy multiple accounts at once?

Instructors who are interested in buying accounts for your students: e-mail us at gmat@magoosh.com and we'd be happy to work something out with you.

Who should use Magoosh?

Anyone can use Magoosh, but it's best for individuals who fall into one of the following categories:

• Self-studiers: those who prefer to study on their own time and at their own pace.
• Individuals looking for more practice: those who want additional practice after having completed the Official GMAT practice questions.
• Video-lovers: those who learn better by watching video than through reading or live-learning. Every practice question has a video explanation.
• Busy professionals: those who do not have much time to study and can only sneak in a few minutes here and there.

Who writes the GMAT practice questions?

Our expert instructors, who have decades of experience and have taught thousands of students, create all of our GMAT practice questions and explanations.

How close are the questions to actual GMAT questions?

Very close. Our instructors have many years of experience teaching the GMAT. They all have extensive knowledge of what the GMAT tests and what it doesn't.

How difficult are the questions?

Magoosh covers a wide range of difficulty from easy (below 400 on the old scoring scale) to hard (above 700). We've designed the product to help you master the basics and progress towards your target score. For each question we provide the difficulty level.
